The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full legal name, a valid email address and a secure password. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly if it changes.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password.
• You must not share your account login details with any other person under any circumstances.

• pk1234 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Account registration and use is personal and non-transferable. You may not assign or transfer your account to any other individual.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Stake limits may differ by market, event and user account tier.
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced or concluded at the time of placement will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to additional rules regarding bet acceptance during play stoppages, video reviews and other interruptions.

For cricket betting specifically — including PSL franchise matches, T20 internationals at venues such as National Stadium Karachi and Gaddafi Stadium Lahore, and ICC tournament fixtures — ball-by-ball live markets follow Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments where applicable in weather-affected matches.

All content, design elements, software, databases, trademarks, trade names, logos and other intellectual property appearing on or forming part of the pk1234 Platform are the exclusive property of pk1234 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence or interest in any intellectual property of pk1234 except the limited right to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any Content from the Platform in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of pk1234.
• You may not use any pk1234 trademark, logo or trade name as part of a link to or from any external website without prior written approval.
• Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit regarding the Platform may be used by pk1234 without restriction, compensation or attribution.

Unauthorised use of pk1234 intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability. pk1234 actively monitors for intellectual property misuse and will take appropriate legal action where necessary to protect its rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk1234 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

pk1234 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

Upon account closure, any remaining balance of real-money funds (after satisfaction of all legitimate outstanding obligations) will be returned to the user via their last verified payment method, subject to completion of any required identity verification.
